Mcdonald's - Buckeye

We waited for our food more than 20 minutes, and it was wrong so i told a little kid that my food was wrong. He said they will fix it... 10 minutes passed and i got the burguer that i was missing, i asked for new fries cause the other ones were cold. 30 minutes, we got home and this is what we got. It was not cheap either. The workers were nice though... but come on.......

This location of McDonald's acually went down hill the last few months. Very long waits. The staff doesn't care about the customer and says curse words in front of any customer. My last time going over, the food was horrible! I had a very hard burger, it seemed like they found it at the back of the stove. Anyways this location DEVALUES the city of Buckeye, making it more getto. P.s. the guys in the picture on the left. Were the one cursing words in front of the customers. The one in the middle was of the picture was fine.

Don’t ever go thru drive thru after 10PM. Waited in line for 35 min, the guy at the window was nice and professional, but when I got home I didn’t get what I ordered. And the burger looked like it was just sitting there, the patty looked dried. It just did but look good at all.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to this restaurant. The drive-thru still needs improvement, but the service inside was much better than my previous experience a few months ago. The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms, dining area, and play area. However, we did encounter a fly during breakfast, which was a bit unsettling. Fortunately, we had already finished eating. Overall, it was a good experience, but the drive-thru traffic and service could use some work. It seems that the issue may be related to the design of the parking lot.

I just left the drive-thru and the cashier, a Caucasian female, used profanity towards me. I was shocked by the awful customer service. She tried to charge me full price for a meal even though I was using a coupon with the app. McDonald's franchises just aren't what they used to be.
