Contribuiți la feedbackAfter we were on the road for 2 hours, we arrived at 830 a.m. to this business that should be open until 9 a.m. outside the lights were already off, but we were hopeful. I saw everything covered in ice and asked if they were open? I said we're open, but we don't have any ice and no donuts. Why not? he explained they had already cleared up this thing. I said you closed early and was told, no, we're still open. we are ready to close. . as a franchise business owner, I told them that the doors that are unlocked are not what makes them open. If they have no ice to serve at baskin robbins, they are essentially closed. I asked: do you know that they closed half an hour early? at this point, his coworker has tried to tell me that the ice is all freezingly burned and that 's why they can't use it. I'm fine. if that were my personal, there would be a written warning.
The store had one employee on Sunday and the the scoops were terribly downsized. Won’t be coming back that’s for sure ?
Ordered a medium chocolate chip shake and after waiting about ten minutes in the drive thru, the milkshake was oddly thick so I let it melt. After letting it melt, I noticed odd chunks in the shake, and after taking a sip I pulled out a weird chunk of something. They refused to remake it
The 2 people in the store were unprofessional and impolite. The store was a mess and had next to nothing in stock. very weird and uncomfortable vibe
Website and Uber Menu state they have sundaes, treats, etc. Except whenever we go to eat there, we are told they only do cups and cones. Yet, they have the ingredients for the sundaes? So it seems like they don't WANT to do it, not that they CAN'T do it. Better off hitting up Walmart and buying the ingredients yourself instead. At least they treat you better there.
