Hot Pop Cafe - Braddon

I visited this restaurant and rated it between 3 and 4 stars, but ultimately settled on 3 stars. The customer service was exceptional, with the only female staff member being especially enthusiastic. However, there were a few minor issues that could have been improved upon: 1) I requested my drink in a cup but it came in a glass instead 2) some items on the big breakfast plate were served lukewarm while others were hot 3) I didn't receive the extra fried keal that I had ordered 4) the staff member was very busy and seemed to struggle to manage the six customers before us. Despite these issues, the food was tasty and the service was great. Overall, I believe the experience could have been smoother.

I went there for breakfast and received friendly and pleasant service. They make a delicious cappuccino and the bacon and egg rolls were very tasty.

Was tossing up beteeen 3* and 4* review, but I think 3 is fair.Firstly, must say the customer service was fantastic and the sole woman working there was delightful.There wasn't a big problem, just small niggly things that could have been better:1) were given the option for drinks in mug or cup, chose cup but came in mug2) some items on the big brekky were served almost cold, others hot3) forgot to add extra fried kale I asked for4) the woman was (literally) running around and I don't think she could keep up with the 6 customers in the cafe, needed an extra pair of hands to either make food or take orders/coffee as she was doing everything5) she almost let us walk out without paying, saying "thanks for coming, bye!" before we reminded her we had to pay. Funny, and other people would have taken advantage.Food was nice, service was fantastic, just think it could have gone more smoothly!

We visited this fantastic bakery cafe for lunch and were extremely impressed with the quality and variety of the food.
