Kfc - Bountiful

I received generous portions this time, and the food was, as always, excellent. My delivery driver arrived in record time. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The Secret Recipe Fries are absolutely fantastic! I ordered the new Honey BBQ KFC Wrap without mayo and pickles, and it was incredibly delicious. The Mac and Cheese KFC Wrap was decent, but it wasn't my favorite. Overall, I spent just under $20, which is quite rare for DoorDash orders. I believe it was a great deal for everything I got!

First time ordering for delivery and it was a hot mess. Dasher was told 10 minutes for biscuits after they had already waited that long, then the biscuits were doughy and the chicken was dry. We have done the drive thru dozens of times and never had an issue. Tonight was a sad night for KFC.

The beyond nuggets arent any better or worse than any other beyond meat Ive had elsewhere. I enjoyed the meal

I've never had such terrible food from your restaurant as I did today. The chicken was dry and appeared old, tasting like it had been fried in rancid oil. It was inedible and is going straight in the trash. There were also no napkins or any spreads or honey for the biscuits. If you're going to keep raising your prices, the quality needs to match. I'm extremely upset and disappointed.
