Ebisu - Bordeaux

Very authentic Japanese rammen restaurant, the best in Bordeaux. No taste adjustment/dilution, made directly from the heart of the cook and with smell! Very friendly staff. Simply two bowls on one run, on some signature pages that cannot be found elsewhere:

Nice decoy. Very nice staff and cozy location. Started with the Hasami-agé, which is a delicious tapas. The tantanate wheel was diceed and tasteful, overall good amount. If you want to order from here, I would recommend eating and not for better tasting dishes and the best experience.

Very good. there are many Asian restaurants in the opposite, but I found these amazing. Eating was absolutely fantastic, full of taste and also felt authentic. personal very nice. sitting outside and inside.
