Chez Hibou - Bordeaux

A place that doesn't pay for mine, but excellent dishes. Tested the ravioli and this dish, where it was necessary to make its cake (a way to eat it). Delicious. Very impatient to return to test the others. A great culinary memory. I highly recommend.
