Cobo Sushi Bistro - Boone

COBO is by far one of the best restaurants in the area. We've had sushi all around the world and this exceeds expectations. Great service by Daniel, Hailey Jamie and expert sushi-making skills by Joseph, Mike Zac. We love this place!

Daniel our waiter was a young man who knew the menu inside and out , had a sense of humor and aimed to please. While he made our night, it would of been washed away if the sushi , duck and desert was not fabulous. We were celebrating a birthday and I asked Daniel to ask the chef to create a special roll for the table to share and the only regret was we didn 't order two. Lastly the scallop mushroom and squid dish was out of this world.

This is one of our favorite places for a special meal in Boone. They do a great job with gluten sensitive orders.

We have eaten here numerous times over the years and it is consistently excellent. Some of our family has actually lived in Japan and raves about the sushi. Staff is friendly. Food is reasonably priced. Service is excellent. Best sushi in the high country for sure.
