Frederick's Lng - BOLTON LANDING

Woman working 9/4 behind the bar called JENN B on Sunday night. Not only was she extremely slow and rude, but she added a higher fee to my card then the receipt I was given and still have. I dispute this with my credit card company at the moment, but EWARE of these restaurants are shady business practices that use their customers. I already reported it to the better office.

Hostin in front with black curly hair was extremely rude. Party of 3. Understand a holiday weekend, but she pretended to be a problem to go there. She looked at other reviews and wished we had at least tried the food, but she just turned us off. First impressions are the key, someone has miserable front. Maybe give her a break and put someone else on the duty to host. We spent $130 in another place and the host, server and even manager were wonderful.

Visited Frederick's on 8/22. We sat outside on the porch and had drinks, appetizers and meals. We also took dessert to go. The food was good but unfortunately the service was lacking. The outdoor sitting area is very nice! Worth giving a try if you are in Bolton Landing!

Very friendly host and our waiter brought refills without needing to ask. Food portions were generous and food was delicious. Nice outdoor seating not directly on the street.

The female staff outside were just okay, but once we stepped inside we experienced great service, beautiful decor, and fantastic bartenders! The food was amazing! I highly recommend this place to anyone! (They stay open past 10)
