Southgate Pizza - Boardman

Southgate pizza was a staple of my childhood. I stopped by on a whim after nor having had it in many years. I was even better than I remember! Their dough is outstanding. I'll definitely be back!

I've been telling myself for a while that I needed to try this pizza place since my usual spot has been a bit disappointing lately. Tonight, I finally decided to give it a shot and placed an order. When I called, a friendly employee answered right away, took my order quickly, and told me it would be about a 20-minute wait for pickup. I arrived exactly at the 20-minute mark and was greeted once again with a warm smile. She confirmed my order and processed my payment. I couldn't wait to get home to see and taste the pizza. It was clearly made fresh to order, hot, and looked incredibly appetizing. Fortunately, it tasted just as good as it looked! The sauce had a slight sweetness, and the crust was thick yet airy. I’ll definitely be adding this place to my list of go-to local pizzerias for a delicious and reasonably priced pizza night!

We recently relocated from Nevada and are on a quest to find the best pizza. This pizza is fantastic! The crust is perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. The sauce is delightful, and there’s an abundance of sausage and pepperoni. We absolutely love this pizza!

My son really enjoys the pizza here, but I’m not a fan of the fluffy crust. They do have some good specialties, and the pizza was fresh from one of those options.
