Mustangs Grill - Blind River

I had a burger, fries, and coleslaw for lunch. The meal was very satisfying with generous portions. It was a bit difficult to find, located next to the LCBO.

The service was good, but the food was mediocre. After spending 5 days touring Northern Ontario on our motorcycles, this meal was unfortunately the least enjoyable.

My husband enjoys the wings here and they have a special on Thursdays. I prefer the chicken pliers and they are delicious. The fries are also excellent. I like to save all my fried food cravings for when we come here! We always order the great Greek Salad to share and it never disappoints. Compared to other Greek restaurants I've been to in the states, the quality here is unmatched. The variety of sauces for the wings and tenders is extensive and really tasty. I always enjoy having a Stella Artois with my meal. The couple who own the restaurant are very nice. Our waitress, Nicky, is also very friendly. The recent updates to the restaurant have given it a casual and inviting grill atmosphere. The only downside is that they close at 8 o'clock, which seems a bit too early for us. Our family and friends always have a great time joining us at Mustang Grill.

The salat was mostly leaf salad with some carrots and carrots. the rest of the meal was so terrible, we couldn't eat anything. the meat leaf was burned at the top, with much too much bread filler drying through. the white fish had a thin, slender outer...coating with a disgusting fishy smell and taste. the fries were obviously cooked in the same fish oil because they had the same smell and the fish taste. Although we have eaten almost nothing of both plates, there was no offer of a discount. we will remember our visit to the mustangs grill for a long time, but for all the wrong reasons. fortunately we could go to a nearby tim hortons for something we could swallow.

Just called to check their hours, and what the day 's special was...open till 7 or 8...when I asked about the special, the answer I got was, whad do ya want. Startled me lol...still laughing...going to try this tonight! Let you all know how it...was.
