The Crispy Cod - Blackpool

My partner and I ordered fish and chips at this restaurant. It was absolutely disgusting - the fish was frozen and tasted sour, and the chips were terrible. We ended up throwing them in the garbage. I would not recommend this place.

I ordered the fish and chips and it was delicious - the food was fresh and the fish was crispy. The shop was very clean, including the restroom. The staff was helpful.

Tasty. Food was good value. Friendly service. Can pay by cord. Central location. Only downside was poor quality ketchup and having to wait for a clean table

After walking the full length of South Shore, from South to Central pier, looking for a fish and chip shop to our liking, we found this small unassuming place tucked back just off from the promenade. Not expecting anything fantastic, we decided to give it a look-see. Upon initial sight, the fish and chips looked very appetising, and so we ordered. A single portion was big enough for a couple looking for a light lunch. The fish was crispy and full of taste, the chips were fluffy and light. We very much enjoyed our lunch there, we would go again if ever back that way, and would recommend to others.

Got 2 sausage and chips to take away it cost 11 quid and when I got it back to my hotel the sausages were cold and I had about 10 chips in each portion. Terrible.
