Contribuiți la feedbackWent for lunch yesterday 4th May ....I go with a group of friends regularly....the food as usual was very tasty BUT the portions were alot smaller than we've ever had before !! This is the first time I was disappointed with the lunch the only time I left feeling hungry !! The starter was tiny ... poached salmon ...the main .. fishcake was like a fair sized starter.... the Eaton mess dessert had about half a teaspoon of meringue!!!
By far one of Blackpool 's best kept secrets!! Simply stunning food created by very talented trainee chefs, supported by Blackpool and Fylde College 's front of house students. Term time only Let 's hope there will be a 'pop-up ' restaurant in the town centre sometime!
Just had Spring Lunch Menu with Mum at Level 6 (B&FC). Very warm welcome from front of house. 4 staff serving food and drinks were very polite and timely. Good variety of courses, all presented beautifully. Congrats to all on a great service.
What a coup in having two Michelin chefs to help provide an outstanding menu! Excellent wine available too to complement each course.
Fabulous meal in delightful surroundings, excellent service and value for money. We have been several times now last year and again this year prior to that it was over 20 years since I had been (before children came along! The students and staff work extremely hard and the food and service is as good as any we have had in the swankiest restaurants. The evening last week with Paul Heathcote and Nigel Howarth was amazing and made even more enjoyable by their enthusiasm and information that they gave during the evening. Thank you everyone
