Royal Cup Coffee And Tea - Birmingham

Every time I visit a restaurant and enjoy their coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, they always tell me it's Royal Cup. I'm not sure why they're so unaware, because it's always my favorite! I really wish they would sell these individual beverages to the public!

I am very disappointed with the service my company has received from Royal Cup in Virginia. There has been poor communication, a lack of urgency in addressing issues, and no accountability despite their promises. We signed an agreement over two months ago, and several of our locations still do not have coffee available.

I recently underwent gastric sleeve surgery and have struggled to find drinks that are calorie-free and free from artificial sweeteners. A friend recommended trying the tropical tea, and I absolutely loved it! The customer service at this place is outstanding; when my order was placed on back order, they were incredibly friendly and did everything possible to expedite my order.
