Buffalo Wild Wings - Birmingham

I went here for lunch and you could tell the place is severely understaffed. Took 20 minutes for my waitress to even come introduce herself. I was grabbing my stuff to walk out the door after an hour of waiting for food, and it came out right as Iwas about to leave. Food was okay, but overpriced. I won't be back to this location, given the horrible service.

I arrived early on football Saturday to get food for my friends coming over to watch the games. Courtney was behind the bar. Courtney is a great bartender. She checked on me constantly and not only having some brief conversations with me Courtney wasvery personable and attended to all the bar customers. She got us all in a nice conversation about everything from football tohow nice Alabama weather is this time of year, as I've lived in Florida for most of my adult life. I believe they are right. Asthe place started to get packed during the hour and a half I was there, the whole staff was on their game. It's was an overallnice relaxing visit enjoying football and meeting great people.

I had a good visit, however it wasn't perfect. Our server, Julia, did a great job. The food was slow coming out, which is fine on a busy Friday night, and I was having dinner with a friend and we were catching up so no problem. When my chicken sandwicharrived it wasn't fully cooked so I sent it back. Usually when this happens the kitchen will rush up a replacement, but again itwas very slow coming out. My friend had finished his meal when my food arrived. Not upset and will return to eat here again.

So an update. Was told to go to their website and put all my info in. And that they would make it right . Well did it that day. Still haven 't heard from them. It 's been well over a month at least. Just weekly emails about their latest deals. So keep thisin mind. Again no response at all. Sat down order was taken. Then we sat there close to an hour no food. While others who cameafter us. Not only got their food but paid their bill. Server was zero help. Said the manager will look into it. Nothing. Noapologies nothing. Got up and left.

NEVER ORDER TO GO ON WEEKENDS!!! I came to place a to go order at maybe 11:30. and the cashier was just giggling and playing with some customers that took 15 MIN to place an order while they had a line waiting!! By the time I got up I ordered and wanteda nojito to go but they denied it because the bar closed in 15 min and they wouldn't make it!!! GIVEN THE FACT THAT THEY MADE MEWAIT 15 MIN WHILE SHE WAS LAUGHING ANG GIGGLING THE WHOLE TIME WITH CUSTOMERS WHO HAD NO CLUE WHAT THEY WANTED!!! Never againtho!!! Taking my money elsewhere on weekends!!
