Contribuiți la feedbackI ordered three number one meals to go. It took at least 35 minutes to receive my order. When I asked an employee about my order, he apologized and mentioned that they were very busy. I pointed out that there were only three people behind me who decided to dine in and they had three burgers and three fries, so I couldn't understand why my order took so long. When I got home, I found that my fries were overcooked and hard, and my burgers were cold. I paid $28 for this? Additionally, while I was there, I overheard the manager taking an order for 105 chicken strip dinners. It seemed like they were more focused on that order than on mine or the other orders. Despite hearing at least 15 orders being called before mine, I couldn't understand how this level of service was acceptable.
Upon taking our food to the car, as we had to go inside to pick it up, we realized that the chicken was missing from the chicken basket. Additionally, there were no straws, napkins, or other essentials provided. I observed two team leaders or managers who were unhelpful - one went out to her car and returned without saying anything, while the other briefly stepped out of the office before retreating back inside. Despite the large number of employees present, including 8 cars in the drive-thru and 4 customers dining inside, the service was incredibly slow. It was baffling to see so many staff members yet still experience such inefficiency. I would strongly advise avoiding this particular Whataburger location.
I tried Whataburger for the first time and I was not impressed. The burger was dry and overly salty. However, the staff, including the young lady at the register and the gentleman who brought us our food, were friendly.
This place is absolute trash. I absolutely love how their drive thru is set up so you can't escape after taking forever to get people their orders even during non-rushhour times. When you finally get to the window you get to discover they messed up yourmeal after repeatedly tell them over the intercom what your order was...I love whataburger when coming to Texas but this one hasbeen the only one that has continually let me down. I expected nothing from them and they still disappoint me. Congrats ????
Staff was polite though highly unorganized contributing to the 25min for our food which turns out was sitting on the counter for the majority of that time with us standing not 20ft away from the counter just waiting. Floors and one corner table wereunkempt, area otherwise clean and tables wiped down. Wait time not exaggerated: ordered at 2248, food at 2213.
