Wendy's - Big Spring

Another Wendy's bites the dust!!! Just went through the drive asked for jalapenos and bacon on my burger and didn't get any. If the staff hungry and need some food all they got to do is ask. They ain't got to rob us of our food!!

It has the shoes and out door boots that I need and camping

Worst wendys I've ever had. They put every thing in 1 ripped bad. Forgot every sauce. Fries were half full. Just terrible in almost every way possible.

Food tasted old even though there was an additional 15 minute wait to cook fresh food . The window worker had the same attitude as the old restaurant workers like he hates to do his job. They were out of chicken nuggets so had to spend twice as much as expected. Couldn 't get the $5 biggie bags. Supposedly the milkshake machine was already broken. Yeah I bet it was. I would be pissed if I were the owner and caught wind of how my brand new store was already being ran in to the ground!! Gotta do better Wendy 's. You 'll never get better pay or better workers until you put in better effort.

Worst experience ever . We have gone several times first time in the drive thru they said we’re closed and didn’t get service the second time I actually parked and went inside they just stand there staring at you .we were in there standing there waiting to order for about a good 5 to 10 minutes no one ever acknowledge us , So then We ordered at the kiosk and then when I was about to pay I swiped my card a few times someone shouted It doesn’t work so I decided we would go eat somewhere else everyone was hungry and my kids where frustrated I was getting ugly vibes from staff everyone in the kitchen looks like they hate there job. This is the new remodeled wendys . I actually used to come very often to the old location before they remodeled it I don’t believe me and my family will ever be coming back to this location.
