El Nopal Cafe - Big Spring

Worst food in Big Spring. They need to be shut down!

I arrived at 7 AM for breakfast. Eddie is the owner and he greeted me nicely. Started my morning with a couple cups of coffee and then I ordered something that you must try! The breakfast enchilada! I added hamburger meat, cheese, side salad, extra red chili And a tortilla on the side it came with beans and potatoes. I have marked this in my favorites so I can be sure come here as I only visit one to two times a year. Fortunately, I will be here in two weeks and will be joining Eddie for breakfast again as well, thank you Eddie for a wonderful breakfast and thank your mom for cooking!

Could have been more authentic. But when you're hungry and pressed for time it's good enough.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was exceptional, and the food was delicious. The establishment is also very clean. It's definitely kid-friendly, as there are child seats available, making it safe for little ones to enjoy their time without the risk of falling.

I ordered a breakfast plate, a kids meal burger, and a small menudo (without meat) for a total of $70. I felt that the prices were a bit high.
