Small Town Pastry - Bettendorf

We visited this café to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday with some coffee and pastries. We both enjoyed our coffees, which were perfectly balanced—not too sweet at all. I was in a festive mood and decided to try the pumpkin cream cheese bar, and it complemented my pumpkin latte wonderfully! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive as well. We will definitely be returning!

Fantastic local spot! We often stop by for coffee on weekends after a long walk. The staff is consistently friendly, and Katie is exceptional! Be sure to try the Chai Tea Latte—it's the best!

When this place first opened, their pastries and cakes were fantastic, but things have changed. This year, I decided to visit after seeing photos on Facebook showcasing their beautifully arranged desserts. However, we went just a week after those photos were posted, and I couldn't believe it—what we received looked like those same week-old pastries. The raspberries were moldy, and the cake was extremely dry and lacked flavor. We even paid full price for everything. A few of my friends had similar experiences, and I wanted to see for myself, which turned out to be true. I really hope they start offering fresh items again; otherwise, I won't be returning, and I doubt they’ll be able to stay in business. I genuinely enjoy supporting small businesses, but please don’t sell outdated food.

Great food both savory and sweet! My favorite drinks are their smoothies. Highly recommend

Very disappointed! Ordered a breakfast burrito, egg bites and a pastry item to go. All of the items were cold, no silverware or napkins offered. When I attempted to ask for help the girls were gone in the back area, nowhere to be found. Total waste of $19!
