Red Ginger - Bettendorf

The food was okay. Got the Red Ginger Roll and the King Crab Roll, both were falling apart as I picked them up. Been to a lot of sushi places and this has to be one of the worse quality sushi places. The prices were too high for the quality of the sushi. It is a good atmosphere inside the restaurant though.

Wife and I had a good lunch here, the customer service was awesome. Food was really good on our waitress was fast. Really liked the coconut ice cream. Facility was super clean and organized.

Went yesterday for lunch good service , friendly staff and good quality food , my complaint is the portion and price. I’ve eaten here many times over the years, haven’t eaten there in 6 months. I always get the same order sashimi lunch special. Not impressed with what I was served, price used to be $10.95 now it’s $14.95, I understand inflation and such I get it , what threw me off was the portion, half the size of what the pieces were before, what a let down, I’ll give Red Ginger one more go, but I might be moving on from here and finding another sushi place.

Ate here with my friend and we ordered 3 specialty rolls and 2 regular rolls, 2 sides of rice, miso soup, and white tuna sashimi. Total came to be 71$. Quality of our food was fantastic, miso was hot and fish was fresh and tasted delicious. Was a busy night, we got here before the rush so our food came out in good time. Would certainly recommend if you want good sushi.
