This is a small family restaurant with a somewhat limited menu, especially at midday. that is, all dishes are prepared and presented with flair and good taste.

The competition in Spain is extremely difficult at this end of the market, i.e. decent food and services at low cost. the ambiente des ortes is more caffe than restaurant, but the service was good. the problem comes when they begin to compare with other...settings within minutes or so. there are many places with much better eating and much improved ambiente. it is a good choice if they happen to be in betera, but they find a restaurant this kalibers in most major urbanizations in the region valencia

One of the many good things about living in Spain is to find lunch and new restaurants that offer a good quality, great value menu del día. with only two dressed for the selection on the first and second curses, I was very happy to find that I could eat vegetarian on the day that we visited without asking for something, especially prepared for me. I had one of the best salmorejos I ever tasted, followed by mushroom croquettes with kartoffel sticks and fresh asparagus. the other choices that my man had and very enjoyed were thunfischsalat, beautifully presented, followed by what was clearly a homemade lambburger. brot with olive oil and salt is contained in the solid price. the restaurant is stylishly decorated, the staff is very friendly and super-efficient, and the price is very reasonable.
