Chartier - Beaumont

Yesterday it was lunch, probably going over our tenth time) and had the best to eat! the new menu! we had the lobster mac and the cheese (for to die) and the foi grass to bratwurst with poutine in the side (also to die for) we also tried the wood buffalo blueberry vanille bier and that was the best blue beer bierive ever tried. the Beatles music played inside while the snow fell out. perfect lunch

I'm here last night with my friend katrina, the atmosphere was amazing as soon as we got in. steve was there to welcome us and let us laugh from there. all employees were amazing! we sat on the terrace and our server was sydney, she was an absolute gem! we ordered the drink speciality and the gluten free fish and chips, as katrina has an intolerance to gluten, it was delicious. steve also brought us a honey-based medaille, about which I can't say enough good things! it is so amazing that they offer so great food for people with allergies. I recommend the restaurant very much! many thanks chartier! we will be back as we have decided to make it a monthly ladies' date!

For this experience is worth the trip to beaumont! I made it deserved so I tried different things. I had the cafe donovan, that was absolutely skurril came with the best kartoffels I can remember. the caesar was the best I ever had, the midsummer bloom cocktail was so well balanced. I took a donut brownie to go: the donut was so lightly fluffy, the brownie was decadent. also warm friendly staff. I see reviews knock the prices, but honestly it is on par for the quality of the meal. if they want to go a little cheaper, there are other institutions. chartier is worth the experience!

We have decided to try chartier for a brunch on Sunday. we arrived shortly after 10 o'clock and could sit within 10 minutes. I would recommend a reservation. our waiter was friendly and gave recommendations on the menu to the accomodate allergies. the food and the drinks had arrived more slowly, but we enjoyed our food as a whole. the huge zimtrolle was not disappointed. they can choose bakery items before sitting and they will pack them during diving. we will return to the future.
