Saturday lunch, not very busy, but still a great experience in this authentic place in the center of nowhere, surrounded by cows and leaps. as soon as they enter, it is warm, cozy try to sit in the kitchen and the staff is very welcoming. but wait till they. croute au fromage. never before had such a, in 3 sizes offered to take the mistake, medium royal after a cold plate as an appetizer. medium is still big! put on the disk of brotes, if desired, a thick layer of cheese soufflé, excellent by the way and the royal egg! the souffle makes it easier. if it can be and original!
We had a great time to share the fondue high in jura in a unique and authentic Swiss farm environment. the fondue was delicious, the service was warm and attentive and the place was very popular with locals. we had some hardships to find it, but a quicker call solved the problem and we learned to follow signs from baulmes to the col de l’aiguillon, then follow the sign after grange neuve. an unforgettable evening! They only take cash, so be ready!

Once you get in, it's warm, cozy (try to sit in kitchen) and staff is very welcoming. But wait till you...receive your Croute au fromage. Never had one like this before, offered in sizes, did the mistake to take medium royal after a cold plate as an appetizer. Medium is still big! On top of the slice of bread lay ham if wanted , a thick layer of cheese soufflé, excellent by the way and the royal egg! The souffle makes it lighter... If can be and original !
