L'Esperance - Barentin

I had read some reviews on Trip Advisor and decided to give this restaurant a try we were so glad we did! Despite having an unadventurous teenage daughter, the lovely lady that served us, allowed us to order the roast beef that had been on the lunch menu. For starter, I ordered the mackerel and it was without doubt the best I have ever eaten! The corgette amuse bouche and the tomato and cheese madeleines were a treat too. Everything from starter to dessert was a delight to our taste buds. Thanks so much and to anyone wondering whether to try this restaurant please go the chef deserves a Michelin star and it was great value too!

Small restaurant, very kind service and close to the Theatre Montdory. Delicious starters, fresh and tasty salmon with legumes and **** good roast beef. Good info about non gluten dishes.
