Mcdonald's - Ballarat

On Friday night, 30. December 2022, at 1030 in the drive thru ordered. Customer service was polite but uninterested when I delivered feedback on the aged cool riders. The queen was long, the waiting period was exaggerated. Comprehensive customer service 5 out of 10, waiting period 1 out of 10, food 5 out of 10. The most disappointing aspect was the customer service person did not seem to care.

Very very poor service, absolutely appalled. was given a frappe with half of the actual frappe in the cup. no pickes or onion on double cheeseburger even though not specified. fries were cold. poor customer service

Absolutely my worst experience for customer service from any fast food place, the whole venue could not have been more DIRTY!! The staff simply could not work together to maintain any flow of food output. 35+ minute wait for food after already waiting to order a long time. The staff could not handle the cash, didn 't know how to put it through the till the food order of course was not complete when we got it and every bin was over flowing onto the floor, literally. I won 't even discuss the toilets. I have always loved this McDonald 's as it has a different vibe to others, it 's large and special but I will not return sadly!

So, so angry!!! Order missing items Again! Store not answering phone which was expected. No happy meal toy, chips missing, no football cards x 5. Food cold. I often wonder how much McDonald's makes from ripping off customers. I know the drill, come to store and collect missing items. Why should I, just paid close to $10 for delivery. Never, never again? Want money back this time

Not only is the drive-through and parking horrendous but went in and ordered two sundays and a hot apple pie, waited 15 minutes and when I asked what was happening was then informed that the ice cream machine was broken. Possibly something that might have been helpful to know 15 minutes earlier. Staff didn’t care got my money back and left. Will not return.
