Pizza Hut - Aurora

Quickly delivered and the food was great! super grateful for this also on holiday! thanks to the staff.

This place doesn 't understand customer service. I tried to go back because I had a bad experience and they gave me a credit. The manager said I don 't understand why we would give a credit after a refund? Maybe you wasted an hour of my time and the last manager said I 'd have a credit on my account. Maybe to give me a reason to come back. This is the 3rd strike for me.

Hanna was great! I think it was my fault for screwing up the order, and Hanna was super understanding and fixed the order and even offered the pizza I didn' t want for free. This location has always provided excellent service!!

We are very pleased with our food and delivery time from Pizza Hut. We ordered online and I was really surprised with how easy it was to order online.

Pizza hut has definitely started to do worse. Bad Pizza is bad experience. Don't ask me if I am going to buy it again from Pizza hut. BTW the pizza that you show on your website is absolutely not what your shops make. So there you go I would have given zero start but I got the pizza on time. Dominos does a better job of delivering on time a a better pizza.
