Pizza 72 - Aurora

I've ordered from here a few times, so I’m giving it three stars based on my overall experience. I could have easily rated it five stars, but my last two orders were disappointing. The dough and sauce are excellent, but last night's order was not up to par and incorrect. I ordered an XL pizza and boneless buffalo wings (hot), but I received regular wings instead. I brought this up at the counter after paying, but that was the end of the conversation. No one in my household eats wings with bones, so the meal felt incomplete, and the pizza wasn’t as good as it usually is. In the past, my pizza was fantastic, but the garlic knots were a bit dry and overcooked, and my boneless wings had hardly any sauce. I had high hopes since my first two orders of the same items were perfect!

I just ordered the family meal deal tonight and had to use DoorDash because you're quite far away. However, the pizza was delicious, with all the flavors blending perfectly. The garlic knots are among the best I've had in Denver. We will definitely order again and plan to visit in person as well. Keep up the great work!

Some previous reviews claimed this pizza was as good as New York pizza, but unfortunately, I have to disagree. While the crust was the best I've had during my travels this summer, the cheese was just average and lacked that gooey quality I was hoping for. The garlic knots were delicious, but the cold dipping sauce left something to be desired.

It was my first visit, and it definitely won't be the last. I ordered a Sicilian pizza, which was quite large for just the two of us. I really enjoyed the crust; it wasn't too thick and was packed with great flavors. This place is locally owned, and the staff was fantastic.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was really impressed! The pizza was excellent—wow! The staff was great—fast and friendly. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!
