However, we encountered a similar issue with service, much like we did at another restaurant we visited the following day. I'm not sure if it's a generational thing, but on both occasions, we experienced a young server who treated us as if we were a burden. Simple pleasantries like "You're welcome" seemed foreign to them, and there was a noticeable lack of eye contact or any real communication. I realize my age may be showing, but when you're spending $50 on a meal, a little acknowledgment or appreciation can go a long way—even if it's just for show. As people who have both worked in the restaurant industry, we really value good service. If we feel unwelcome, we tend to write reviews that reflect that sentiment.

I wish I could give this place a zero-star rating. My fiancé and I ordered wings, burgers, and a Caesar salad. The wings were just okay, but the burgers were absolutely terrible. They were clearly frozen, and we were lucky they were at least a bit charred because they were tasteless. The buns were soggy, and I can't even tell if the white stuff was really cheese. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. The salad was another letdown—dried greens topped with random bits of parmesan. It felt like we threw away $60.

Just a heads up, if you're looking on Google or Yelp, this is a restaurant located inside a hotel. If that doesn't sit well with you and you're not staying there, you might want to consider dining elsewhere. The winter green salad with corned beef was quite tasty, but I was surprised by the $6 portion of corned beef—it had a texture similar to bacon, which was unexpected. On the plus side, the service was good.

The more expensive items on the menu were best shortages. The street tacos were terrible and the meat was dry. The Mac and the cheese were tasteless together with the bacon in it was rubbery and the chicken was cold and tasteless. The best dish was the chicken strip and the pommes. The server was nice, but didn't order our appetizers to stop it. The chair I sat was broken and the legs were visibly separated. They removed it from the ground after having exchanged it with a seat from an adjacent table. A piece of woodcut fell into the restaurant almost on our table. The bar delicately ignored my presence while mixing the completely wringing drink for a customer. $65 for three meals... you're better at a chain restaurant. I gave him two stars because the server was friendly and the chicken strips.

Waited for almost an hour for our food to come out, which was decent but not great. Couldn?t get refills on drinks even when we went up to the bar to request it. The requested sauce for the chicken tenders took 15 minutes to get and we had to chase the server down to ask for it. Our server, Noah was not very attentive. He would walk to the table full of empty glasses and not offer to get new drinks or acknowledge they were empty. Horrible experience and I would never dine there again.
