Checkers - Athens

I'll never go here. I waited for the loudspeaker for over 20 minutes to let her know I picked up a delivery. there were 3 people standing outside the thru window drive (non-workers) and I couldn't get back because a car also waited. now I thought I had enough space to go and I landed on that drive over a concrete slab. if they weren't bad enough, they could have told me a minute. that was all they told me. I've tried several times to get them over the loudspeaker.

I am appalled by fast food in general these days, but today I came to checkers in Athens. I only have a 30 minute lunch and I’m up the road only five minutes. I spent my entire lunch 40 minutes total just waiting in line at the drive-through with three cars. This is deplorable that upper management cannot come down and retrain these employees to learn what the word fast food means, and the importance of customers!

I came here at 11:30 am they told me they were not open yet. Online said they open at 10 am. They guys working said they don't have anything ready. The people here don't want to work. They send all the customers away. Basically just there for a paycheck! THEY SUCK!!!!! Needs better employees!!

MANAGER ALERT, YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE STEALING @1:30am me and 4 other cars had to wait in line for and hour while the car in front of us placed an order at the window without paying. When they finally got there food they were laughing and saying "thank you for hooking us up as they shook hands and threw up gang signs. Needless to say two cars behind me pulled off. So not only are they stealing they are loosing customers. Worse checkers experience ever. You will be out of business in no time running like this.

Wish I could give it 0 freaking stars, sat here FOR A HOUR!! And still after that time we were only talked to once. Never even got our order takin because they had DoorDash orders that came first. After sitting there for more than a hour we were told that they aren 't taking any orders. Step up or hire more employees cause if not y 'all are gonna be losing customers left and right
