Dunkin' - Appleton

I've never had a negative experience at the drive-through or when walking in. The staff is always so friendly that they brighten my day. Despite the competition, they're usually very fast. Thank you, Dunkin', for being my top choice!

I haven't received a correct pick-up order from this location yet. They consistently miss ingredients, such as leaving out the sausage in a sausage wake-up wrap.

I waited for over 10 minutes without being served, and I was very disappointed with the customer service. After about 5 minutes, an employee mentioned that she would assist us shortly, but she never returned. There was no line at the drive-thru, and we were the only ones in the store. To make matters worse, a woman came in after us and received her order before we did. I cannot recommend this Dunkin'.

The star I'm giving is only for the staff member. She was great! Very friendly! Coffee was good too. The donut however, was very disappointing! Everytime I go here I'm hoping for a chocolate covered Boston cream filled donut. They never have them, always out. So this morning I was there early and they did, yay, was so excited! I get home to open the bag and there is a dinky heart shaped donut. Looked like a regular donut with a big chunk cut out to make a heart shape. First bite no cream, second none, third nope, get to the middle, There it is about a nickle sized, maybe a 1/2 tsp of cream. All that excitement for that!! What a rip off!!! Not going back! Then I call express my concerns. They don't answer. Called several times! So annoyed!

We went inside to sit for a short while. My cappuccino had no foam : and we had to wait 5 minutes for my son's hot chocolate I was finished with my sausage/egg and almost halfway through my cappuccino when he finally got it). Although it wasn't a very busy time, the employees were barely interactive and definitely not friendly.
