TGI FRIDAYS - Appleton

Today is TGI Friday, so we decided to enjoy a nice meal at a reasonable price. The staff was attentive and the manager even stayed during our meal. We encountered two small issues, but both were resolved to my satisfaction. The hostess was unaware of my OpenTable reservation, but since the program was new, I chalked it up to a training issue. The other problem was that I do not like paprika at all. The menu did not mention it, but my pretzel chicken sandwich came with a significant amount of it. I spoke to the manager, who agreed that it shouldn't have been there but couldn't control the menu. He offered to replace my dish, but I had already removed the paprika and enjoyed my sandwich. While I realize most people wouldn't be bothered by this, it did slightly detract from an otherwise pleasant dining experience.

While the service could have been better (possibly due to a new or trainee server), the food was outstanding. My only suggestion would be to have more comfortable and accommodating seating.

I have fond memories of this TGI Fridays. I used to come here with my grandma and cousin for drinks when I would visit. Unfortunately, now everyone lives too far away...

I will not be going back to this restaurant because the frozen, store-bought food was overcooked and overpriced as if it were high-quality organic cuisine. $60 for a meal is not worth it in this case.

There are so many decorations on the walls! The drinks are fantastic, the people are friendly, and the food is delicious! The customer service at this place is top-notch without a doubt.
