Subway - Ames

Best subway experience I have ever had. The sandwich artist was extremely happy to be there and provided an electric environment that was very inviting. Will be going again.

I am not familiar with the woman who works at the restaurant during lunchtime on weekdays, but she definitely needs to improve her sandwich wrapping and bagging skills. It is frustrating to have to reach into a messy bag to retrieve a sandwich that has fallen apart because it was not wrapped properly. She should take the time to make and wrap sandwiches correctly.

There are some employees who don't know how to properly assemble a sandwich at this restaurant. The toppings should go on one side of the bread so that the sandwich can be closed correctly, but instead, the employee was putting them in the middle and closing it like a taco, causing all the sauce to smear on the sandwich wrapper.

Whenever I visit this place, they always seem to be out of something crucial, usually bread. During my recent visit, the employee was exceptionally slow and impolite, and there was only one type of bread available. The Sprite that I ordered had particles floating in it and did not taste as expected. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

Unfriendly staff. worked very slow and sloppy made the sandwiches. I asked for mayo and she sat mayo and ranch and drowned that sandwich.
