Tried to redeem a free chik fil a sandwich promo code cupon i got from donating at a charity event and was denied they told me its to old they dont take it anymore even tho the coupon has no explanation date…

Love chick fila , this location was good when they opened, just got my usual spicy deluxe meal from drive thru and fries were close to getting cold and sandwich was salty, coke was very light, barely any coke taste. I wouldn’t have left this review but it happened quite a few times now. Money gone and now Im hungry and it 9pm so have to go taco bell. Staff is always super nice though. Hate to post this , hope someone will read and try to address this. Dont feel like spending my hard earned money on chick fila anymore.

Great Chick-fil-A, they have best service of any fast food, and great tasting food.

Hate the new drive thru. No way to escape when you pick a line. No way to get out if you decide not to order and want to leave. Terrible design.
