Wingstop - Abilene

I placed a pick-up order, but they forgot the veggie sticks, and the fries were hard. We ordered 20 honey BBQ bone-in wings and 20 Korean BBQ boneless wings, but we received all BBQ wings instead.

I cannot recommend the Buffalo Gap location to anyone! The management, particularly the General Manager, is lacking. The General Manager could benefit from further training!

The layout was pleasant and quite spacious. However, the cashier rushed us to place our order even though we were still browsing the menu. Unfortunately, the fries arrived soggy, but I ate them anyway.

Had a great experience tonight at Wingstop Elizabeth and Carolyn was amazing so sweet and did everything great had my food quick and right loved that they brought it out to the table for us to enjoy our dinner

I had previously visited a Wingstop in California and had a disappointing experience, which made me hesitant to go back. However, I decided to give the Texas location a chance, and I'm so glad I did! The staff was friendly, my order was taken quickly, and I didn't have to wait long. Most importantly, the wings were absolutely delicious! I will definitely be returning!
