Beach Muffin - Zushi

By far our favourite vegan spot! Beautiful food, smiles and atmosphere. We have been visiting for over two years and just love the place and delicious food/drinks! We always get the fried potatoes. Never seen anything like this place. Super old vibe but also new and extremely trendy. Quiet and chill with old suede seating that includes couches! Watch your head as you walk through the place as the ceiling beams are low!!

This is an awesome place. The atmosphere is very chill. And the food was really nice! Even for non vegans. The crispy fries are amazing, and the vegan steak was quite tasty. I also loved the nachos. I recommend this place 100% and will gladly come back next time I visit Zushi.

I really wish I could visit every weekend this lovely place! Delicious food and relaxing atmosphere which all we need : I didn’t expect inside is vintage house style. There are more space more than I expected from outside. I really enjoy Japanese old house good atmosphere. Also delicious vegan food. I enjoyed how they decorate red chili rice plate. Taste also really good. Veggie burger had crispy potato flies together. Vegan muffins are available to take out. So I brought to the beach where is few minutes away and it was perfect.

Amazing place. I tried their veggie burger and red chili rice and both were delicious. Burger has a great texture and taste, with a good mix of vegetables, great bread and really good fries on the side crispy on the outside, soft on the inside . Red chili rice consists on simmered vegetables and beans on brown rice, with some crisps, and it’s delicious too. I had their dark cherry soda, really refreshing and tasty you can make it sweeter with a syrup . I also bought two muffins, banana and fig flavored, and they were really good. It was a total of ¥3,800 for two people , so it’s pretty affordable. The place looks like an old house reconverted into a restaurant. It has beautiful vintage vibes. English menu available and staff can speak English. Friendly staff and lovely place to chill. It was featured in the movie ‘Our little sister’ 海街diary as the restaurant Yama-neko 山猫亭 .
