Platzmühle - Zug

Appalling first meal was a Calzone it was burnt all over the outside… and was still served to us! We sent it back and a second try the middle of the calzone was cold! On a third try it was reasonable but not particularly good very watery inside. No apology was given. Our other meal was a beef schnitzel 37chf and paper thin , on chips… and nothing else. I had to ask for the sauce and lemon (which was on the menu description! When the bill came they charged us full price! I spoke to the manager who was very rude and aggressive and I demanded a discount to the meal. We won’t be back. A alternative to this nonsense is the Bauernhof Restaurant Talacher 2, Baar!! a MUCH better restaurant more atmosphere, much better food and an actual top chef who knows how to cook with great service and all for the same price. We have been there a few times and it’s great!

The location is wonderful however the staff could not be any more rude. To the question ‚do you have vegan milk?‘ the response was ‚No we don’t have that kind of stuff here‘ (including a condescending look).

We arrived unannounced and were seated quickly at a table, despite the restaurant being busy. The food was actually quite good - pizza and a nice salad. I have to say the service was very good and polite. No complaints from us!

Terrible Service, these waitresses need to be fired. Insulting guests, long waiting times, mediocre food and just plain rudeness and ignorance. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT.

The staff a very rude and ignore you. They do not like people with children and really make no effort to provide a service. . I will avoid this and walk 2 min next door for excellent food and service. We also walked away after waiting 30 mins trying to find a seat. AVOID this place! You will be disappointed ! !
