A server like him, who is incredibly kind and looks like he belongs in a commercial, is a rare find. Every dish we have tried here has been delicious. We do wish they would bring back the whole Maine lobsters. While everything on the menu is good, our favorite item is the all-you-can-eat snow crab legs. They are consistently delicious and perfectly cooked every time!
We had to make an early reservation, so we ended up eating dinner at 4pm, which was fine because we are older. We were seated promptly, our drink orders were taken quickly, and our appetizers arrived soon after. Our waitress was attentive, but we docked a star because our main dishes took a while to come out. Other tables who ordered after us received their food before us. We ordered the fish and chips and the shrimp po' boy. The appetizers were fantastic, but the entrees were good, just not outstanding. Despite this, we will definitely return in the future.
Top notch dinner location with friendly service, nice atmosphere, and high quality food. My wife had all you can eat crab legs and I got the seafood risotto with scallops, blue crab, and added blackened shrimp. Crab legs were cooked perfectly. The risottowas just barely undercooked but the flavor more than made up for it and definitely wasn't worth a complaint. I grabbed thebourbon glazed bread pudding for dessert which was amazing! Although every detail wasn't perfect, the service and experiencewas so good it really doesn't matter. Some constructive criticism, but otherwise keep up the great work. It's been awhile sincewe last visited and we wish we had visited sooner. It's hard to describe a place with an atmosphere that just fits so perfectlyinto a quaint cobblestone main street.
My wife and I went to this restaurant for a pleasant dinner. The ambiance was nice, with a seafood-themed decor. When we asked the waiter for a recommendation on the best-selling sushi roll, he proceeded to list off about half of the menu before we settled on the fire dragon roll. Unfortunately, the presentation was underwhelming as the server lit the plate on fire without placing it on the table for a photo opportunity. The roll itself was disappointing, with an overpowering cream cheese flavor and a mushy consistency. The main courses of crab cakes and seafood pasta were average - the pasta was overcooked but included a generous amount of seafood, while the crab cakes were decent. The highlight of our meal was the creme brulee dessert, which was delicious. Overall, our experience was mediocre at best. The service was lacking in attentiveness, the sushi was poor, and the dessert stood out as the best part of the meal. Given the $100 price tag, we expected higher quality.
First time visiting Zionsville/visiting my sister to celebrate her birthday and we were so happy. We went to our table and there was a “happy birthday” sign waiting for her. Our waitress, Jessica Cooper, made the experience absolutely fantastic. Verywarm and polite, she made excellent recommendations for food and drink her recommendation of the key lime pie pudding on Oreocrust did not disappoint. She gave us desserts to celebrate my sisters birthday which she did not have to do so kind! Theatmosphere was hip, good lighting, and decent noise level where it’s lively but you can still enjoy conversation with your owntable. We were really happy with the experience and will definitely come back again!
