The customer service at this restaurant is excellent! I had a question about the discounts for members' points, and they were very helpful. They even gave us an additional discount. I am very thankful!

I made a reservation through OpenTable, but the restaurant did not honor it as they claimed they do not take reservations through OpenTable. Despite plenty of available seating, I had to wait. The restaurant explained that they did not want to stress their kitchen staff by taking more orders. It was the first Sunday of the NFL season and they did not adequately staff the restaurant.

They did not realize the open table reservation at all that we only set ourselves shortly after our arrival because they were not so busy Friday night

It was said that they do not honor online reservations and that it would wait half an hour.
