I had a negative experience at this restaurant's drive-thru on 9/25/23 at 1:47pm. The lady working there was very rude, sighing and scoffing when taking orders and practically yelling when customers tried to add more items to their order. The staff could use better training and should be more respectful. Overall, the service was lacking with a rating of 1, and the atmosphere was also rated as a 1. The food received a rating of 4.

I went thru drive thru at 3:33pm got a whopper jr and a coke. T received food and immediately got on the interstate. I opened my burger it was cold cheese not melted bun cold. Waited in line for about 10 mins with no one inside or in the drive through. Got my burger and the bread was so stale that it literally fell apart.

Slowest Burger King I've ever been to and I'm inside not even in the drive thru. Employees are in the back there laughing. There's about 12 people out here waiting to either order or their food that they already ordered. Service: Take out Price per person: $1–10
