Sonic Drive-in - Zephyrhills

We spent around $40 for a small popcorn chicken (which included only about 10 tiny pieces of chicken), two small milkshakes, and one meal. The food was quite disappointing—just basic and lacking flavor. On the positive side, the service was excellent and quick. However, given the prices, I feel the portion sizes and quality do not justify the cost.

This is easily the worst Sonic I have ever visited. I'd be embarrassed to own this place. You either end up waiting nearly an hour for drinks or find that the drive-thru and every stall are closed. I always place my orders online in advance, and I still end up waiting at least 45 minutes. The staff turnover must be incredibly high because I've never seen the same people working there. I've even had orders placed only to arrive and find the establishment closed on a Saturday night. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, not even an enemy. I placed an online order at 2:51 PM today, and here I am at 3:36 PM, still waiting. I ordered corndogs and two drinks.

Today, I tried to place an order in person, and they couldn’t even hear me when I spoke into the speaker. The girl came out again with an attitude and asked for my order. Frustrated, I simply said I wasn’t interested and left. Why would I want to order food from people who are rude? It makes me worry about how they handle the food. I won’t be returning to this place again. It is what it is.

Terrible experience on the whole. Ordered (2) foot long coney hot dogs with mustard, ketchup, onions and relish, but received to foot long chili dogs instead. I did NOT want or order CHILI ! Ordered (3) Slushes R44, received (1) Slush and (2) MeltedDrinks instead, ugh ! Also asked for some sides of Syrup and received NONE. It never fails to amaze me how Fast Food placesconsistently mess up so many orders, when its the easiest job in the world, which basically means the kids working there reallydon't care or pay attention to their jobs properly

The WORST food I've had at a! Sonic! The hot dog was cold, the tater tots were NASTY and the burger was cold! We ordered Coke Zero and it was VANILLA Coke Zero..if it was even Coke Zero! NASTY NASTY!! Would NOT recommend!!!
