Crumbl Cookies Lutz

Went into Crumbl Cookies at the lutz location after practice as a treat for my kids. There were several people working. We were completely ignored. I waited several minutes and finally spoke out to the backs of two people, Is anyone available to answer a question? A tall blonde turned around, gave me a dirty look and said, what is your question? No, welcome to crumbl, No, How can i help you? just completely treated us like we were bothering her. We did not buy cookies and will not be going back.

Cookie was good but my concern is while sprinkling the powder on our cookie employee working in the front were playing with powder by powdering on the other employee!

The Cake batter was so delicious it was so filling the cream was not too sweet just right. The cookie was so yummy and so moist.

Always top quality product and service. The nicest staff who are always smiling and welcoming.

Omg always a delight to receive our Crumble Cookies . This weeks strawberry milk was so tasty , strawberry was spot on , served cold as milk should be !!! The cake batter another favorite with sweet frosting and fall apart goodness cookie ! Always packaged to perfection ! If you have never tried DONT !!! You will be addicted and be ordering them weekly !!!! Yummmmmy
