Mcdonald's - Zanesville

I recently visited the McDonald's on Copley Rd in Akron, Ohio, and I was truly impressed by their customer service! I'm from Florida, and I accidentally left my purse behind. After two hours, I contacted them, and they informed me that they still had my purse and told me to come back, even though they were closing in an hour. They assured me they would wait for me! When I arrived, they greeted me with big smiles! I really admire their positive attitudes—I can't imagine how I would feel in their situation! I am incredibly grateful for all the help they provided. Thank you, McDonald's!

It felt a bit odd to be content while waiting, especially knowing that I spent more time waiting than the drive-thru window did. I noticed the car in front of me, which was 12 cars deep in line. However, the food was hot, delicious, and definitely worth the wait. The restaurant was clean, save for someone who had taken the paper roll to find the end. It wasn't dirty at all. The location is conveniently close to the 40 and 70 ramps, making it easy to access.

My husband and I frequently travel between Ohio and Pennsylvania, and we often need to grab a bite to eat along the way. This restaurant has become a favorite for us due to its excellent quality and service. I’m not joking when I say that every time we visit, our fries and McNuggets are always hot and fresh. The staff is consistently friendly and efficient, allowing us to get in and out of the drive-thru quickly without wasting any time.

Super clean restaurant. Fast and friendly service. Hot and delicious food (which does not always happen at McDonalds). I have a nugget fry meal.

I got a large coffee and breakfast burritos. The coffee was nice and fresh and the burritos tasted great. The cashier was very friendly
