The food here is excellent. I'm pleasantly surprised at how tasty it is, considering how healthy the ingredients are. The staff is friendly, and the labels on the food clearly display all the nutritional information, including calorie counts and expiration dates. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. The employees seem genuinely passionate about the food as well. I really enjoy the atmosphere here.

I absolutely love Prep'd! We've placed both walk-in orders and online orders, and it has made eating healthy throughout the week so much easier. Gone are the days of meal prepping and spending all Sunday in the kitchen cooking. Plus, the prices are quite reasonable.

The salmon is absolutely incredible, and the chicken enchiladas are unbelievably delicious. The pancakes are truly phenomenal as well. While the sides could use a bit more seasoning, a sprinkle of salt and pepper can enhance their flavor nicely. The quality of the food is exceptional, and everything is always fresh. I also really enjoy the protein patties. Jason, the owner, is dedicated to customer relations and service, and he is passionate about providing high-quality, healthy options for those with busy lifestyles. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. If you don’t find something you like in their well-stocked fridges, you can always place a custom order. Plus, we love reusing the containers for our leftovers and meal prep at home! I highly recommend this place!
