They always mess up my order, but the food is just as good as anywhere else. Rating: 4/5.

The staff is not very friendly for some reason. Most of the time, there are items missing from our orders! When we try to address the missing items, they respond rudely and are unwilling to assist.

It was a very sad experience out of part, they miss in my bag my cinnamon twist and I didn't want to turn back after spending 10 ro 15 minutes in the drive thru, I don't even understand why they miss it when it was in the combo I ordered (classical combo). better get together and don't miss a product on other customers.

Terrible service. i waited in line for 40 minutes for an online order with only 3 cars in front of me. they “forgot” 1 of 3 of my items, so i had to wait in line again. the second time i went through, they finally announced that they were out of what i wanted. instead of telling me the first time and seeing if i wanted something else, i had to waste my time.. again. when i finally got up to the window, one of the 4 women standing around the same register asked me what i had, looked on the screen said “i don’t know” and shut the window on me. i was very polite up until that point. i will never be going back to this location

Got home with someone else's order, went back ticked off. Asked them to make it right and add a desert or a burrito....no problem. Got back home, no extra and they skipped the guac I paid to have added. I'm done. I'll get burgers or something else from now on. This store is awful!
