The restaurant could benefit from a more efficient system. I tried this for the first time at Birdfish Brewing, and the line was quite long; it seemed like the staff needed more assistance. We received pagers that were supposed to light up when our food was ready, but ours never activated. After waiting nearly an hour, we returned to check on our order, only to be told that we had been paged. We explained that we never received any notification. The staff member rudely accused us of being inside, even though we had been outside the entire time. This issue affected others in our group as well, leading to an overall disappointing experience.
