Dairy Queen - Youngstown

Thick Blizzards. And bought my friend a DQ frozen cake for her Birthday. She loved it, and it was excellent.

Dairy Queen's Manager and the staff made our visit to dairy Queen in Austintown a one of a kind experience. We visited from the local nursing home in Mineral Ridge and they treated me and my Residents like royalty. They hand delivered all of their orders to them with smiles on their faces and nothing but kindness they were patient and provided the best customer service we've ever received at any business we really appreciate everything they did for us and will definitely be heading back there their in the future. Their customer service is out of this world. Five stars we highly recommend that you visit.

Boy this place needs a wakeup call. Those kids working there do absolutely nothing but talk a lot and people are waiting for there food. It's totally ridiculous, had to get the manager, those kids act like a bunch of 3 year old's. They need to all be fired, maybe that would wake them up.It took 5 people to make a small twist cone, and that was after I waited over 20 minutes after I placed my order inside. It was a joke, you could have got waited on quicker from a 5 year old. The Management needs a wake up call too, is this how you represent the Dairy Queen name? Poor example of Leadership.

I visited the inside of the restaurant for the first time, as I usually only go through the drive-thru. I decided to go inside because I was with my 3-year-old grandson. I was really impressed by the freezer storage, which is much better than the old location. This new place is so much nicer and cleaner as well. Great job, everyone!

This Dairy Queen is fantastic! They always get my order right!
