Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Yorktown

Very nice, very clean and smells good, friendly staff?

My husband and I come to the restaurant pretty close to the branch. Instead of making us aware of their rule to not make food five minutes before the restaurant closing the cash register was very rude and gave us a hard time rolling their eyes next time we would not be able to order food after a certain time. That's good! instead of complaining to these employees, it would have been nice to tell us that they didn't take orders anymore. She rolled her eyes and when I went to take my bag with food from her, she pushed on the counter and rushed us out of the store. She had light brown hair and wore a blue shirt. The employee also waited until we ordered the food to make us aware of the policy. We wouldn't have had a problem ordering drinks. I felt very involuntary when some who worked food services before I understand that I wanted to go home, but that was not required.7/20/2022.

Ordered 3 smoothies they all tasted like a fruit bead. The smooth version of a la croix.

The smoothie I ordered was watered down and tasted as if it had been made with old, spicy fruits. The imperial, blond hairy girl had to wear gloves to give me a refund. I will not return to this place. Bad quality and terrible service.

Still no seating. The smoothies are good but the food wasn't good at all. Getting napkins from them,you'd think it was coming out of their paycheck.
