Ruby Tuesday - Yorktown

This place continues to go downhill I think management needs to be changed we ordered the ribs ribs be ordered beef ribs we got pork ribs I ordered the shrimp with coleslaw I got shrimp without coleslaw and the wrong type of shrimp it was the Cajun shrimp this was supposed to go order this should not have been misread. In addition they don't know how to make a **** Mary by **** Mary was tomato juice and olive and vodka

Went to lunch with co workers. Now remember I was around when they first opened over 20 years ago. Big hot wings, brown bread with every meal and sweet butter and a nice lively bar crowd. Don't see that any more. But even though it's different, the one in Hampton near the movie theater was good. Hostess at the door very friendly, had the southern fried chicken salad very good. Place clean, I would go there anytime

Surprised, this Ruby Tuesday was awesome. From our waiter Jeremy to the food. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was nice and the food was delicious. My last visit to a Ruby Tuesday,(not this one) was not good. This 1 is definitely my favorite from this point on. So if your in the area give them a try and say hello to Jeremy. I enjoyed the grilled salmon, rice pilaf and the grilled zucchini.

Excellent Salad bar everything was clean, fresh, and tasty. Our server was really nice and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxing. We had a lovely dining experience. I will return.

I have celiac disease. I write this review for anyone also with allergies or food intolerances. I ordered a gluten free entree. It came to me with the gluten. I asked the waitress and essentially the cook just messed up after he was told it was to be made gluten free. I got no apology and was tempted to ask for a meal comp out of anger. I could have gotten very sick. I wrote Ruby Tuesday and never got a reply. I just wanted them to be aware of potential issues. Beware eating here if you have any food issues.
