Pizza Hut - Yorktown

The staff at my location is always very friendly and courteous. If I have any issues or needs they are quick to help. My only minor complaint about this visit was with our large pan. It came out a little raw in the dough, but I will take that over the opposite any day.

I ordered curbside pickup, which was supposed to be ready at 5:35. After waiting until 5:55, I called the store and went inside at 6 to collect my order. The pizza and wings were warm but not hot. The food itself was good, but the service didn't meet the standards we usually experience at this location.

The veggie pizza was somewhat soggy, with an excessive amount of toppings that I didn't request, and it tasted slightly undercooked. The crust was the best part of the pizza, though. Everything else in my order was satisfactory.

Over all the pizzas are good, but there has been a couple of orders that weren't correct. Missed toppings and too much sauce, it seems that when you order light sauce its perfect. Usually on time and the pizzas are hot.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant. The delivery driver, a white guy with blonde hair and glasses, was incredibly rude. He was the one driving the white car. He dropped my order on the floor while mumbling and then just walked away. I will never spend another penny with them. I placed my order at 6:16 PM and didn't receive it until 7:36 PM. Even customer service was unhelpful and rude. Pizza Hut, you're really falling behind when it comes to customer service.
