Mcdonald's - Yorktown

The crew wears her masks to her kinen and looks like you are difficult to ask her to pull her mask over her mouth and nose. as if we are not in a global pandemic and despite all the signs they have hung up, ourselves.

My elderly mom and I came in this afternoon and the help from the general manager was above and beyond! She lent a helping hand even when she didn?t have too. What a great asset to your organization. This lady is my hero!!

Oh my goodness this location must have had a management change because on the morning of 7/29/20 and evening of Aug 12 we were blown away by the customer service. Our order was perfect and the staff was super kind. The first visit we were asked to pull up and wait for our order. The wait wasnt even long but the man apologizes and gives us apple pies for our wait. .......super friendly. This place is way better than before!

Someone took a bite out of my daughter's burger in her happy meal. Yes I brought it back and got my $3 back but WILL NEVER be back here again. This is absolutely disgusting and appalling that someone would even do this. It ain't funny. I seriously hope that person is found and fired.

If I could give zero stars, I would. my cookies was dry! coffee always old no sugar or creamer . when I took it to get two new ones, she refused to make them again. we have two coffee caramel, extra with creamer. the staff was rude. has not smiled or something. we never come back here again. we eat mcdonalds every morning.
