Gus's New York Pizza - Yorktown

It's cheap New York style pizza. Just as advertised. Consistent quality with tomato sauce that tastes like tomatoes, crust that is cooked by, and cheese that actually has a cheesy taste. Is it as good as my Roma on Long Island? Fuhgeddaboudit, but it will be in a pinch!

Wing with a friend for some cheese steaks, and decided to share a number of wings because they are reasonably expensive. Everything we have was great! I lived here for 4 months and these are the first wings I had that were not dry and terrible. If you want a lunch place that provides high quality food at a very good price, I would not hesitate to recommend Gus's. Excellent value!

This is the only Gus restaurant worth a visit. We stumbled by chance about it and will not even remember to order pizza from another place. We visited this restaurant no less than ten times last year and each order was filled to perfection. The ingredients were fresh, plentiful and hot at the table and cooked for perfection. The staff is attentive, friendly and professional. Always a nice simple experience.

Service was prompt, friendly and accurate. Dining room was tidy. Food was excellent and so was the price.
